NOTE: The Microsoft Dynamics AX connector is compatible only with the Windows operating system.

Prerequisites

  1. .Net Framework 4.6 or above
  2. Windows SDK is required for AX 2012 Connector from version 1.4.13 onwards. Therefore it should be installed on the same machine where the Connector will be installed.
  3. The Jitterbit AX Connector service performs a windows authentication check of the credentials provided against the active directory services. Therefore the Jitterbit AX Connector service should be installed on a machine which is either in the same domain as the machine where Microsoft Dynamics AX is installed, or is able to query the active directory services of  the machine where Microsoft Dynamics AX is installed. It is best to install the AX Connector service on a machine that is in the same domain as the Microsoft Dynamics AX machine.
