Online Customer Support Portal
To access BMC online customer service, go to BMC Support Central.
BMC Support Central provides a support portal built to manage the on-premises products and select cloud services. It includes login for support, a product knowledge base, access to electronic product downloads, product and version compatibility matrices, and end-of-life policies.
Phone Customer Support
To find the phone numbers to BMC Support Central for your country, go to BMC Support Central and use the Contact Support menu to select the appropriate country. The resulting page will have the BMC Customer Support phone numbers and additional information specific to your country.
